Laptops for Ukrainians (Isle of Wight only)We receive used laptops, replace the hard disk (usually with fast solid-state) then install fresh software. We secure erase the old hard drive so all old data is removed. We make the refurbished laptops available to Ukrainian refugee families on the Isle of Wight so they can Zoom or Skype home, follow education, etc.
By the end of 2023 we had supplied over 100 laptops to Ukrainian guests on the Isle of Wight. Do you have a similar project where you live? We continue to need donations of new or (recent) used laptops - Windows or Mac. Tablets are also welcome. But NO commercial waste, thank you!
